The very first action by our team immediately after we receive the jewels back from our customer is to send to our 'CLEAN ROOM'. Each of our Jewels is cleaned through ultrasonic cleaning equipment and so you can be rest assured of hygiene and quality to ensure the original sparkle.This is done for all the jewels each time it is hired by our customers.

  • Any Jewel which reaches you will either be brand new or will look like new. We take pride in all our collections and discard them as soon as they start looking even slightly worn. Nobody will ever be able to tell it's a rented Jewel...!

  • We understand your problem and we made it very simple through LuxePick.com... In our website, go through our fantabulous collection of designer costume jewels and accessories which are accessible to you at a fraction of the retail price.

  • Select the desired jewels based on your need for the special occasion. Once you select the occasion date in our online calendar, our system will automatically block 4 days , of which, 2 days are prior to your occasion and 1 day is after the occasion.

  • Check the availability of the desired jewels and accessories on our online calendar for the date you wish to hire it.

  • Add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart. On checking out, you will automatically be presented with the various payment options. Your booking will be confirmed once the payment is realized by us.

  • Our standard rental period is for FOUR DAYS - For instance, if a Jewel is booked for 17th May, the Jewel will be delivered at your doorstep on the 15th of May and will be collected back on the 18th of May. Sundays are weekly-off for us, is any of your selected 4 days block falls on a sunday, please expect one day delay.

  • If you wish to rent a jewel for a longer period, there is an additional nominal fee charged based on the rental value.

Yes, Ofcourse...! You need to mention the card holder's details for the card payment but you can enter anyone's name for the rental booking.

We suggest you to choose any one of our membership subscription plans and become a LUXEPICK CLUB Member to enjoy more discounts and promotional offers. However, you are also welcome to be our Standard user and use our services. As a standard user, you are only required to register only your Name, Mobile number and active email id in the checkout page once you choose the products. You are also required to pay the required Refundable Deposit amount along with the Rental value and the Refundable deposit amount will be returned to you once we receive the product on good condition at our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions on ' RETURN OF RENTED PRODUCTS' and ' REFUND POLICY'.

Yes, Ofcourse...! You are welcome to take jewels on rent as our Standard user, anytime. However, we would be unable to extend to you other benefits what our members enjoy.

We currently offer our membership program and rental services in Chennai . We will be expanding to other parts of South India in the next 3 months and All India in the next 6 months.

Our logistics team has been given standing instructions to collect the jewels in good condition from your delivery location , the next day after your occasion. You will be contacted over your registered mobile number to schedule a convenient time to collect back as per the date. You are requested to re-pack the jewel items without any damages in the same condition as delivered to you.

LuxePick offers multiple methods to make a payment like Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card information remains confidential and private. LuxePick and our trusted payment gateways use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your card information. We do not store your card number and details. You can see a Green bar with a safety key in the beginning of our URL.

You can choose to pay through any VISA or MasterCard issued by Indian and International banks. you will need to key in your respective cards' 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit Card Verification Value found on the back of the card and follow the step-by-step instructions on the payment gateway.It is completely safe your card in our Website.

  • For Standard users ( Non Hifllamer Club Members), we take a fully refundable security deposit at the time of rental, which is returned to you when we receive the jewels back kn good condition as sent to you. The refund will only be done to the Credit / Debit Card / Net banking account from which the amount was received by the company. The refund will be initiated once we receive the jewels back at our office and will be credited to the customers account within 7 working days tentatively. The members may be required to pay a temporary refundable deposit only for the portion of exceeded rental value of the usage limit which is typically 2 times of the rental value. This temporary deposit will be kept in a suspense account of the member and will be credited back to their account once we receive the jewel back in good condition.

  • Please note that we reserve the rights to cancel a booking if you do not pay the security deposit at the time of booking rental.

Paying the security deposit is must for Standard users. However if paying the entire amount while booking for rental is not possible for you, you can pay the minimum booking advance of RS.1000/- and the balance deposit can be paid through cash to our employee while receiveing the delivery at your home. The members would be required to Top up the usage limit if the choosen product rental value exceeds the available usage limit at the time of booking. Also, the members may be required to pay a temporary refundable deposit only for the portion of exceeded rental value of the usage limit which is typically 2 times of the rental value. This temporary deposit will be kept in a suspense account of the member and will be credited back to their account once we receive the jewel back in good condition.

Yes, we are flexible to serve our customers based on their requirement. If you wish to change a booking completely, you can do it 10 days prior to your original occassion date, the advance paid by you will not be refunded.You can also cancel your booking 5 - 9 days prior to your original date for which cancellation fee will be charged. We maintain separate inventory for jewels for sale and rent. We are highly conscious of our quality and brand that we stand for and you can be assured that each time you order any jewel, an absolutely new piece is delivered.

We recommend you to plan your need well in advance to choose the best designs´┐Ż However, we would require one to order the jewels, minimum of 4 days in advance for the available jewels in our website.

To confirm your booking, just follow the simple steps indicated as above and complete your transaction through our checkout process. The details of your booking summary will be provided on the checkout page. A booking is confirmed only once the payment has been realized with us, and you will receive an email and SMS confirming your booking

If you are unsure of your selection or want to see how does it suits your outfit, before booking it, you can contact our customer care team(at +91 44 65146514) and schedule a convenient date and time to visit our office in KK Nagar( Please refer our address in the website). We will fix up a convenient time with you and send the Jewels for a trial at your home / office or wherever you like for a minimal charge of Rs.300/- (each additional Jewel you select is charged for at Rs.100/- each). This amount can be paid in cash to the LuxePick executive who comes to you with the Jewels. At present the trial option is active only within Chennai city.

Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) is an alternative to paying on credit card or Net Banking. When you use our CoD service, you pay at the time of delivery, rather than paying at the time of purchase.

After you enter the shipping addresses (with Pin Code), you will be prompted for Payment Option.( Please note that for CoD option, you will be required to make a minimum booking advance of Rs.1000/- through any one of the online payment options. ) If the COD option is available for the given PIN code, you can select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery". On the next page, you will get an order confirmation message, but your shipment will be pending until a customer service representative verifies your order via phone at the number you provided on the shipment address page. Once verified and confirmed, we will process your order for shipment. You will be required to make a cash payment to our Logistics Executive or Courier partner Executive at the time of delivery of your order.

We will deliver 2 days prior to your occasion and collect it back one day after the occasion.

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you RENT on LuxePick.com. All prices include Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Central Sales Tax (CST). The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for. We offer free delivery if the order is over Rs. 1000, or otherwise you will be charged an additional amount of Rs. 150 for shipping. There are no additional charges for Cash On Delivery.

NO.. There are absolutley no hidden terms & conditions, its strictly a cash-only payment method. The maximum order value for a CoD payment is Rs. 50,000. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for CoD orders. Payment has to be made using Indian Rupees only.

Generally all our customers do handle the jewels with utmost care. We do understand that small oversights can sometimes happen unintentionally. in the event of minor damages happening to the product, We can take care of minor mishaps due to handling issues. However, you are liable to pay for any major damages or missing quantities over and above this. (Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details). We also reward our customers for their timely return in perfect condition by crediting 'Reward Points' into their membership account which can be redeemed to buy jewels on oursite.

We will deliver the products to you at your designated address 2 days prior to your occasion and collect back one day after the occasion. There are no delivery charge & Pick up for the rental value above Rs.1,000/- per occasion; else it will be charged Rs.150/- per consignment.

We offer a block of 4 days as one rental service period, which is 2 days prior to your occasion and one day after the occasion. This 4 days period is also first of its kind in the market (compared to what is currently offered in the market only for 2 days) and we are sure, our customers can very well return the jewels within this period without any hassles. In an unlikely event of delays beyond 5th day, we charge a nominal rental amount. We also reward our customers for their timely return in perfect condition by crediting "Reward Points" into their memberdhip account which can be redeemed to buy jewels in our site.

We take due care to check every product before delivery. But in case you receive a damaged product, please call us within 4 hours of receipt of consignment at + 91 65146514 and we will send you a replacement soon. Please ensure that you report the damage within a day of receiving the item to help us resolve the issue at the earliest, else, it will be construed as you have received the consignment in good condition and charges as per your order will be applied..

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the primary packaging box or to the products/accessories.

  • Any products/accessories that has been washed

  • Any products/accessories not in its original condition as sent by the company

  • Any products/accessories that is returned without original primary packaging and accessories as per the " Box Content check list" sent with the product at the time of delivery

  • Any product without the Pacakaging slip, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable " Box Content check list" .
